Seasonal and Regular Road Maintenance Work underway
Following the end of the rainy season, seasonal and regular road maintenance work is actively underway in various areas across the city.
Among the areas where the Authority carried out asphalt repairs this week are: the Japan Embassy area, Ayer Tena to Zenebework, 18 Atena Tera to Kale Heywet Church, Jemo 1 Condominium, the Jemo 3 area, Kidanemihret to Alem Bank, and the Salite-Mihret area.
In a related effort, damaged or missing manhole covers have been replaced, and drainage lines have been cleared.
Key areas where drainage lines were cleaned and manhole covers were reinstalled include the corridor from Ayat Real Estate to Summit Mikael, as well as the Rufael area.
The Authority will continue to strengthen road repair operations across all parts of the city by identifying damaged roads to ensure a smooth traffic flow moving forward.
