Internal Road Construction Underway at Arabsa Site 3 Condominium Complex
Addis Ababa, October 26, 2026 (AACRA): Construction has officially commenced on the internal road infrastructure project for the Bole Arabsa Site 3 condominium housing complex, addressing a long-standing request from local residents.
The road project spans a total length of 14.5 kilometers, comprising 5.6 kilometers of asphalt road and 8.9 kilometers of cobblestone road.
The construction is being executed by DMC Construction, while the supervision and consultancy services are being handled by Highway Engineers and Consultants.
Currently, earth-cutting, filling, and other related preliminary works are actively underway across the site.
Once fully completed, the road project will permanently resolve long-standing entry and exit transport challenges in the area while significantly boosting the social and economic activities of local residents.
