Addis Ababa, November 5, 2026 (AACRA) — Construction of internal access roads within the Tulu Dimtu joint-venture housing (condominium) site is currently underway.

The road project is being executed directly by the authority's South Road Construction Project Office through internal capacity. The scope of work covers a total length of 1.2 kilometers, comprising 812 meters of asphalt surfacing and 452 meters of cobblestone paving.

Although construction commenced recently, site teams are actively advancing preparations to lay the primary asphalt layer within the coming days.

Upon complete realization, the project will permanently resolve access and exit challenges for local residents while enhancing traffic flow across the neighborhood by directly connecting the condominium complex to the adjacent ring road corridor.
