Access Road Construction Underway at Arabsa Site 3 Condominium Complex
Construction has commenced on the internal access road project at the Bole Arabsa Site 3 condominium housing complex, addressing a long-standing request from local residents.
The road project covers a total length of 14.5 kilometers, comprising 5.6 kilometers of asphalt road and 8.9 kilometers of cobblestone road.
The project is being constructed by DMC Construction, with supervision and consultancy services provided by Highway Engineers & Consultants.
Currently, extensive earthwork operations—including excavation, backfilling, and related tasks—are actively taking place at the construction site.
Once fully completed, the road will permanently resolve the access route bottlenecks in the area while significantly boosting the social and economic activities of the community.
